Pathetic Service by Greg

On the evening of 17/11/2017 I bought a wifi extender online from Webantics. Com

Their website say delivery is done with 2 business days.

On 22/11 I phoned and was told that the stock had not been allocated to my order but that me message was given to Greg as he was allocated to my order. I phoned back later and was again told that Greg would phone me back as soon as he ended his call.

Today on 05/12 I had to phone 4 times and Greg assured me that he would phone me back in maximum 2 minutes.

2 hours later I had phoned another two times to follow up before finally getting a hold of him only to hear that their system shows stock but that their warehouse claimed that they did not have any.

This should have been picked up on the 22/11 when I first enquired. I should have been given the opportunity to chose whether I wanted to wait indefinitely or cancel the order. Instead I had to beg and make numerous calls only to in any case have to cancel the order.

I make online purchases on a weekly basis and this is the worst series I have ever received. Their staff simply just do not care.

I will NEVER do business with them again.
