Empty promises

I ordered the digital download version of Bitdefender on the 16th of December 2015, I quickly got an order and payment confirmation, but no download link or license code for the software.<br> I called to query this and was told they would sort it out and call me back - I never received a call back.<br> When I called again later there was an answering service saying they were closed for the holidays.<br> I followed this up with an email - No Response.<br> I followed up with another email today - amazingly I got a response and they said they could still get me Bitdefender if I wanted it. I still needed the software so I said to go ahead. 25 minutes later they responded to say sorry they don't have any stock. <br> At this point it feels like a practical joke and I ask for my money back, now to wait and see if that happens.<br>
