Awesome service

Earlier this year I ordered a laptop from Webantics online. Unfortunately the laptop was out of stock at the supplier. However, Jackie from customer service really went the extra mile to ensure that my laptop arrived as soon as possible. The tech team at Webantics also worked hard to ensure that the customisation of the laptop was completed in a day. And about a half an hour ago my laptop was delivered, as promised. Throughout the process Jackie kept in contact by sending me emails to keep me up to date on the progress of my order.
