Web Traffic company stole my money

I paid Web Traffic to host my website I paid R3000 for a year I signed a contract and they did nothing within the 12 week period we are given for the job to be done

First I phoned the company aksing for my money back an a female swore me, the owner jakes Jacob's said she was given a warning

I kept asking for my money and I am constantly ignored I had to contact Carte blanche as this seems to be a **** The owner jakes Jacob's keep promising to pay me but doesn't meet up to he's promises I have it on black and white

Please help me get my money back
