Poor service

Since February I have been experiencing problems with my emails and looks like someone else using my email address to send spam mails and I am receiving the rejection reports on those mails which was not send by me and this problem still not sorted. App**** for new hosting on business I bought and after 2 days and numerous promises to get back to me about the email address to be activated, I am none closer to get the details to get the email up and running. Also spoke to them yesterday about my current website not working at all and giving a fatal error and also not getting back to me as promised. It feels like they taking the monthly fee but the service we getting is getting worse and worse.
