Worst experience from Webpartner.

Webpartner is a digital marketing agency based in Cape Town. We were their client and had 5 of businesses and domains handled by them, and this is our experience with them:

1. The websites were copy and paste, in poor taste, the continuous back and forth trying to fix errors and get the feel and look we wanted was strenuous.

2. Our mailbox ended up being compromised on all the five domains, affecting all email accounts and the only solution from them was updating passwords. Which didn't help.

3. We asked to terminate our contract so we can move to another registrar, as soon as we completed the transfer with the new registrar Webpartner rejected the transfers(we have documented proof).

4. Today our 30 grace period with them came to an end, we don't have access to our emails as the domain transfer didn't go through - Webpartner claims to no have the domains with them anymore saying they were transferred away.

5. We had one business with a separate registrar and that transfer took 2hrs to complete with no hassles.

6. No we are stuck with 5 businesses with no domains, websites and email access shut down, and Webpartner defusing to take accountability nor tell us who our domains are with. New registrar referring us to Webpartner saying they rejected the transfers.

The worst experience ever, money lost, businesses affected.
