Webmail.co.za one-man incompetence

I have been in IT for30 years and never in this time have I experienced this amateurish and unprofessional service. I have been unable to access my email which I had for over 20 years for 3 months now and numerous support emails are just ignored. This seems like a one-man operation who is obviously incapable of servicing customers. Stray well clear of webmail.co.za
