Webmail.co.za lack of response

Towards the end of 2021 I could not log in to my email account and was told that my password was wrong. "forget password" did not get me anywhere and I even tried registering a new account using the same email address and was told that that email address was in use. I have written to support 8 times and on their site they promised a 24 hour turnaround time, but to dat I have received absolutely no response. Although I get a lot of spam on that account my wife was using it for her bank statements, UIF correspondence tracker, etc. All those emails are now lost. She had a problem with a tracker unit that was in her car and now I cannot prove that I communicated the problems with Tracker and they now demand payment because they "did not receive" my email cancelling my contract with them.
