Webmail.co.za is completely broken!

For a decade now webmail.co.za has been my primary e-mail service provider. After the server migration or whatever they did I get constant SQL database errors, get logged out automatically as my session is not valid anymore, when I can log in, I get logged out immediately when trying to open my e-mails. I use this e-mail account for SARS, internet banking and everything else. What now??? The administrators are not responding to my support e-mails. What the hell is going on? It's been weeks!
