Webmail SUCKS. Why is webmail not working and no support is provided?

3 weeks ago my email: *** bombed out. I was working on it at the time. I had just sent an email - went through. I wrote another email, pressed send and next thing a grey square with a red cross x appeared on the screen and said something about the server not accessible. It has not worked since. I have sent numerous messages to support but NOTHING. I did not forget my password but cannot access my email with it or create a new password. Webmail should be put out of business if they are not going to fix the emails of what appears to be many unhappy users. I do not want to givew a rating of 1 per above, but I have to in order to write this review. My rating is at least MINUS 10 and falling. Can hellopeter do anything?
