WEBMAIL.. Poor service

Advised that webmail.co.za was going to be down for 1 day for maintenance. Several days later still down..This is my business account and clients very unhappy with my lack of responses. Only way to contact webmail to complain is by email.....BUT WE CANT GET INTO EMAILS TO COMPLAIN... REALLY.
