WEBMAIL PERMANENTLY DOWN AND NO SUPPORT

Since December 2020 I was suddenly unable to access my Webmail account and emails. I have sent NUMEROUS mails to their Support Centre requesting help. I only received 1 response via my gmail account asking me to be patient and that they would get back to me in 48 hrs but it has been MORE THAN A MONTH and I still haven't heard from them and still can't access my account.
