Webmail charges R3000 for unnecessary extra disk space. Holds Web page hostage.

One of our mail servers is with Webmail which apparently hosts our Webpage. The company that did our webpage design and who charges us hosting fees is a company called Adwordz Management Solutions. We got a call last week from Adwordz telling me that I must pay R3000 for additional email storage space or our account will be suspended. I didn't pay it as I never requested nor do we need it. All emails are deleted after 14 days automatically and this email address is the least used address that our company has. Webmail has suspended our emails and our webpage which has been paid for until November 2021. I just feel that this is unacceptable and is akin to ******ion. Adwordz just shrugs their shoulders and tells me that is how it works.
