Webmail Bad Service

I think even a 1 star rating is to much for the customer service from Webmail. It seems that they do not have any qualified staff to attend to customers needs. After about 20 years in believing a business like Webmail and suddenly down the drain because of customer support. I wonder how many companies that offer customer service do train their staff in customer service. What a joke after all this time with Webmail.
