Webmail _ 15 year old email account missing _ NO help from webmail.co.za

I had a webmail.co.za email account for almost 15 years, correspondence, documentation, confidential information passed, stored and trusted. Monday morning 28 January 2019 my email account is missing. The account does not exist, wondering how it happens I requested someone to help, they informed me that the webmail servers was off. I completed the online chat requests, sent emails and till date no response from webmail.co.za. Searching for some kind of assistance I am no wiser as to where to go, who to speak to and how to go about to recover my information?
