Unauthorised amount

I have been us webmail for years now and its user friendly I am happy with it until recently. I received an email informing me that I must pay a subscription of R75 a month which is reasonable. It gave me two weeks which is enough time.

Today I created a virtual card to pay and I loaded R80 but webmail deducted R175 from my account. Why are you now deducting more than we agreed upon and who gave webmail the permission to deduct from my account? Because I am paying with a virtual card not my direct account is this a **** because everything nowadays is a ****.

Kindly clarify ASAP before I reverse the money and block you permanently from my account.
