Shocking - Webmail

Im shocked at how bad webmail.co.za. For two weeks I have not been able to log in. I have left 23 emails/notifications on their support to pls help me. Nothing. Absolutely shocked as I have been one of their first clients like 20 years ago. Lost all my emails.
