Poor Webmai Service

Webmail lock peoples email and never respond to customers support or at send us a message I try to reset my password but this email also dont reach me at my recovery mail addres for the past year they have technical issues and many people cant access their accounts this is utter nonsence they do not have a email and only a block you complete
