poor service

I've been a client with webmail for 20years. On 16th December I contacted them as I had forgotten my password & needed help to reset the password. They sent an e-mail saying they would contact me within 48hr. ..needless to say as of today 5th January. ...no contact has been made. pls can you help me. thanks
