Payment demand for non-delivery
Webmail called me to offer a wifi service. I agreed and the wifi connection never materialized. Webmail called to check and I reported this. Three other people subsequently called and I reported this and nothing was done. I reversed the monthly payments to them and they sent me an sms saying I am in breach and will be handed over as slow payer. I called the number on the sms and they said they did not know about my problem and I should pay as they are only the billing section and have nothing to do with technical problems. When I received a letter with the same threat I used the contact info in that first letter ever and wrote an email. They claimed that I did not report it and I must pay. I told them I feel ****** and will pay and move out of a relationship with them. They say I will have to pay for a one year contract. That was never raised with me on the phone as I never received anything in writing as a contract. They insist that I should have reported this and I tell them I did as their people called as I did not have their contact details to call me until the sms and latter the letter. They claim not to know of any of my complaints and just want the money and more for a year.
