Pathetic service from Webmail email service provider

This is the worst email account to use. I have had 2 instances in the last 2 years where all my email disappeared from my inbox. I wrote to the support address when this happened, and a month later and counting, the problem has not been addressed, nor has there been any acknowledgement of the problem. Webmail was used as my business email account and I have lost all my email. A rating of a 1 is even too high for this webmail provider.
