Pathetic service

I have been with webmail for years without any problems. However, during the weekend of24-25 October 2010 I suddenly could not log in to my account. I tried to reset my password but when I key in my e-mail address it shows that they don't have that e-mail address on their system. I then tried to create a new e-mail using my previous e-mail address and the system shows that that e-mail is already in use.

I send them an e-mail om their contact page where they state they will attend to the problem in 24-48 hours. This was on Monday 26 Oct.

Up to know nothing happened and I started flooding them with complaints but still no affect

They also do not have a telephone where they can be contacted, now I understand why.

Can't complain about their service as there is no service.
