NO SERVICE AT WEBMAIL

I am totally not happy about Webmail.

My account has been hacked and I can't even login to my own account anymore since a couple of days now. I sent a message through to webmail to assist but till today nothing has been done. Not only is this person hacking my account, he's *****ing my identity trying to get credit and open accounts under my name... WEBMAIL, WHAT MORE DAMAGE ARE SHOULD HAPPEN UNTIL YOU CAN ASSIST THIS IS SO DISAPPOINTING AND UPSETTING...
