I AM DISAPPOINTED WITH WEBMAIL

I am very disappointed with webmail. I am using my webmail account in almost everything that needs an email address, seeing that its been months without being able to access my account has been so frustrating. I have left countless messages on that contact us thing and still nothing. I honestly did not want to start afresh with another email but I am now forced to. I am disappointed. I hope my account is not hacked, I have personal information there. I don't recommend that anyone can use webmail.
