Hacked webmail account

My webmail email account has recently been hacked,i have sent a lot of messages requesting a new password....no feedback or assistance provided by them,its been 4 days now not being able to access my account,worse part you don't know who to call or follow up with!!!!

POOR SERVICE AT ITS BEST
