Free E Mail, SMS and Fax service not functioning

We recently saw an adverti*****t for a free E Mail service offered and the address "@webmail .co.za" sounded like a good alternative to "@gmail.com". Only problem is the E Mail use to work for approximately a month and we are presently unable to access our Inbox nor the Sent item folder etc. All of our communique and contacts seems to be lost with the free SMS service as advertised also not being operational and according to international IT specialists "their support team sucks"! After a query re spam in inbox that was sent by our own E Mail address we learnt about E Mail ****fing, Webmail support obviously never heard of this nor do they read their queries perhaps they cannot read? Please refer the no sense attachment. Perhaps this service could work should they appoint suitably qualified support personnel?
