*** email for a paid service

My agreement with webmail last year was that they would give me a discount to keep my email which I had used for as long as I know. They threatened to close my email if I don't pay a fee. Webmail has been a free email service, and with all my other accounts linked to webmail, I just thought it made sense to pay webmail whilst I change my other accounts to a different email. Webmail from a very effecient free email account to a troublesome paid service account which cannot do a simple task like searching on your email history. To me I thought it was the end of using this useless service. To my surprise, they debited my account again this year without me agreeing to renewal of the email service at an exorbitant amount of money for an email service. What a **** of an email service webmail is. I sent them an email to dispute the transaction and still no response after a week. I am now going the bank dispute root. Quite dissapointing of webmail..
