Email Access Horror

I currently cannot access my email and it has been weeks now, the email just didn't want to accept my password and when I try to reset all credentials have been changed. Did I mention how hard it is to contact the webmail team!!!! Over 15 years of worth emails stuck in there. Someone please tell webmail that their customer care is the worst infact it doesn't exist at all.
