Can't Access Email Account, Now Told it Will be Closed

I thought I was alone in this big frustration about not being able to àccess my email. I have also lost access to thousands of emails as Webmail was my only email provider for more than 10 years. I have sent many emails to complain since they had a crash more than a year ago, NO LUCK. And now I keep getting emails stating that I will loose my Account if I don't Subscribe. How can I subscribe if I cannot even Reset my Password to access all my past emails and contacts, Really???
