Business Account Shutdown- Webmail

Good day. My name is Strike Chili, i had a business e-mail account at webmail ********** ever since around 2012/3. I have all my communication details all over it, now to my suprise i have found out that my account was shut down without any warning or concent from me. I have so many commitments on the account which also includes some sensitive company information. I have also tried to initialise communication with webmail support but received no response or reply. I have about two weeks since i have not been receiving my email which is a deadlock to the business name. I would like to know the information as to whether who, what, why did my email was shutdown ASAP. I have been waiting for enough time now. Please resolve and retrieve my account.
