I had a problem with my profile that suddenly went missing. I would just like to thank Webmail Support for their response to my review regarding this, and for recovering my profile again. I understand now that accounts were locked in order to protect them from a spamming attack. As a result, Webmail Support are inundated with accounts that they are busy tending to. I am relieved that my content was protected, and I am thankful for their assistance.
