Spam Invoicing

I used to host my email and website with Paradigm Solutions. They had a prolonged service outage despite the fact that my account was up to date. I cancelled their service. Subsequently the company was bought out by Web Design Labs. Every month they are sending me invoices despite the fact that I neither use nor am I interested in using their services.
