suspended for no reason

On thursday my cell phone line was suspended yesterday morning friday 27th march i tried to call weava cell the phone just rings and if u select one of the options the music continuously plays eventually after sending close to 10 or 11 emails i get a response from Nelia the credit manager saying they working on the problem but no explanation as to why my line is suspend i keep trying to call but u can not reach anyone and nelia is no freaking help i get the same response we will revert back soonest ....what is gong on weava cell deducts more than they should and now they give me an answer why my line is suspened ....please can someone help me i need to phone switched on....or i can take this to court as i am not getting where with Nelia if this person actually exsist
