I HAD ENOUGH ABOUT THIS PEOPLE

I had a cellphone contract with this company ,I missed one payment in april 2014 which I paid later in july without realizing that the debit was missed,and I send I proof to one of the ladies called Sophie malesa who said she will rectify it ,but later last month this people says my account owe two debits ,which I know the debit I have missed was for December so I wanted to arrange for the payment but the guy called peter asked for statement and the previous proof of payment but he never came back to me,and I realise now that their line is blocked and they have debited 2 amounts without any communication with me,and when I called them everytime the ladies are rude to me and I become cross also ,I think I must give them their phone as I see now I am left with 2 months to finish the contract now stories come,i don't know if their company is bankrupt cause they also do loans they want to get profit out of me,i have explained to them I am not a rich man like them whos account are in order I am oppressed by this company and worse their phone didn't satisfy my needs from day one and I tried to explain to them but the door was closed for me,THIS IS NOT THE RIGHT COMPANY TO DEAL I AM FED
