BAD SERVICE

During February 2019, after 2 weeks of battle to get a invoice from weatherdoor in Bellville, I only got a mailed quotation from them on which I did a eft payment to them. Quotation: 1 single sectional charcoal slatted fibre glass door 1 hard ware 1 dc blue automation Only on 13 march 2019 the order was delivered to me and stored until last week. I discovered that not all of the quotation was delivered: Only stuff I received was as per waybill: 1 parcel ( garage door) 1 bndl ( 1 pipe, 2 bended rails, 1 spring) 1 box (small box with nuts and bolts)

The 1 x dc blue automation was not received by the courier company. I contacted courier company and the confirmed only loaded the item as per waybill was handed over to them by weatherdoor. I contacted weatherdoor, but after many calls and mails they only refuse to help. I had to bought another dc blue automation from them but only received invoice with the package. The invoice was not even in my name , but to someone whole different as me as well as the contact details. This was the most ever bad service from a company which I have had to deal Please beware of these company, they are no good
