Weather masters louvre awnings not working

This company installs louvre awnings of high quality and high value. Unfortunately the so praised louvre awning with remote control and rain sensor is nothing like promised. Its an endless hassle to open the awning. It automatically closes and opens in certain ways which I cannot follow why. It often opens and closes one minute later for no visible reasons. After endless struggle month and month after installation the motor was eventually changed. It went better after that but never according to the manual. They say owner supervision ? There is no way you get any answer to complains ever. Willy the maintenance guy says after beeing at my property several hours many days " There is nothing wrong " No original worksheets could be presented on my request. I have now the exact same situation. The awning struggles to open since weeks. Communication is nearly not existing. Although I can communicate with Willi via "whatsup" I do not get any answer when he will come to rectify the situation. Last week on Tuesday he phoned just before he wants to come and since I was not at home that was it! My suggestions for other days were not responded to. Please readers let me know who else has these problems with weather master. I would like to take legal action against the company.
