Shocking Service & No Feedback

I needed a repair job done on my retractable awning system. Its a Weather Master product that cannot be done by anyone else. Their client feedback is non-existent. Why do I as a paying customer of Weather Master have to keep following up requests sent to get feedback? They also can escalate their charges to you because you have no choice. I had to eventually contact their office to confirm my installation job myself. The approach from the sales staff is “take it or leave it” or “I only can buy these items from them” is very unprofessional. I feel that I have been unfairly treated in this regard and when I tried to complain when I called in, the front line staff protect the situation and refrain from putting you through to management. I can assure you that my experience with Weather Mster has been shocking and it would not be my recommendation of choice to anyone.
