Long pending order

They advertise that their goods will be delivered in three to 6 working days but I placed an order on the last week of August 2022 until today.it is very hard to get hold of them.They don't respond to emails.if the do on that time they say they have changed the delivery company they will sent your goods but never did.You want refund they don't respond
