After placing an order and paying for it on the 6th March 2023, then waiting the 4 - 8 business days for delivery - as stated on their website, and not receiving the order, we emailed to ask what the problem was and for the tracking number. We were told that the order had been dispatched on the 7th March and that if we did not receive it by 21st March we were to let them know. On 22nd March we emailed again to ask for the tracking number and courier company name. Since then, and five emails later, we have still not had any reply, not has the order arrived. Please don't get ****med by this company.
