Despute for Court appearance

My vehicle Ford Focus had a mechanical problem due to water being detected in the fuel tank. My wife refueled at BP garage in Kloof KZN. Ford confirmed through Wear check. The matter is going to a Court of Law and Wear check is using the policy of not appearing in Court therefore declining the authentication of their report. The Attorney cannot proceed with the matter.
