Zero transparency ****

The consultant who called me **** about going to assist with legal advice and sending letters to creditors only for him to request that I pay money for legal assistance...I then spoke to someone for them to note that I was **** to she said she will notify a supervisor I am still waiting but I am now receiving SMS that I didn't pay... i asked for the call to be listened to...I feel this is a **** if this is not cancelled I have sent emails still no assistance I think I will have to escalate to the ombudsman maybe this could be shut down cause they lie to get you to commit...
