Worst company... *******

Wealth tec is the worst company to deal with. I had canceled the contract with them a day after I had received a call from Thina. I had sent the cancelation on email as well as on what's app and it was on actioned this was on the 2nd July. On the 22 August me account was debited for R7330... I spoke to Abrie on the 25 August with regards to my refund and was told that they only do payments on a Friday, which I told me the money would be in my account on the 29 August. The refund was not done. I called them on the 01 September and spoke to Marius. He told me he would give me feed back by the end of business. I had to call and follow up. He then told me that he had actioned it and will call me at 10 on clock the next day... No surprise, he did not call. I then called at 10.30 and was told he was busy he will return my call... He never did. I then got a what's app message saying that the refund will on be done on Friday the 5th of September. I am now being penalized and being put in a jam to pay my accounts for a problem that was on their side. Please do not deal with this company they are *******
