Wealthtec Solutions refuses to refund my money!

am extremely disappointed with WealthTech Solutions and the way they handled my account and refund request. They took money from my account even after I clearly asked them to place my file on hold and later cancel it. Here’s what happened: I joined WealthTech Solutions on 17 April 2025 after they called me to join their services. Two DebiCheck deductions were set up — one for R785 and another for R1,817.10. On 8 May 2025, I emailed them to explain that my company was closing down and asked them to put my file on hold for two months, as I didn’t have a job. They confirmed via email that it would be placed on hold. However, at the end of May, they started taking small amounts (R105, R115, etc.) from my account. I kept emailing to ask why, but all I got were promises of “investigations” and no real answers. Then in July, they told me those small amounts were “cancellation fees” because they can’t keep a file on hold for more than two months — so I assumed my account was cancelled. But then on 4 August, they tried to take R1,663 and R115 from my account again! I emailed again, asking why they were still debiting me if the account was cancelled. No answers. Later in August, they took R1,817.10 off my account again — money my son had helped me with so I could go to interviews. After many emails and phone calls, I finally spoke to Marius Snyders, who confirmed via email on 3 September 2025 that he had sent my refund request to their refund department. Weeks went by, and I kept following up with no feedback. Then another consultant, Moipone, suddenly asked me for my bank statements and later told me I needed to send a “formal cancellation letter” — even though they had already cancelled my file! I still sent the letter on 17 September 2025, as they requested. A few days later, I was told my refund was denied because my cancellation letter came after the last deduction — even though they were the ones who asked for it! How is that fair? I’ve sent more than 30–40 emails to this company. Marius has completely ignored my last few follow-ups. The service is unacceptable, unprofessional, and honestly heartbreaking. I am unemployed, and they kept taking money for a service they never rendered. I want my R1,817.10 refund back and an explanation for all other unauthorized deductions since May 2025. WealthTech Solutions, you have failed to communicate, and you’ve taken money unfairly. I will never recommend your company to anyone. I want my money back!
