Wealthtec Holdings. Worst Company to assist you in clearing your name.
Wealthtec Holdings – Extremely Poor Client Service
This has been one of the worst companies we have ever dealt with regarding clearing our name and settling an account.
For months, emails and follow-ups were simply ignored. No feedback, no communication, and no assistance, despite us sending repeated follow-up emails month after month. However, when it comes to deducting money from your account, they are very quick to do so.
The after-service support is EXTREMELY poor — or rather non-existent.
It has now been 8 months since our account was supposedly “paid up.” After waiting all this time, I finally decided to phone them directly. Surprisingly, they answered and transferred me to a consultant, only for us to be told that we now need to pay an additional R1650.
Seriously? Had this been communicated properly from the beginning, we could have paid the amount 8 months ago already.
In our opinion, clients are being misled under false pretenses due to the lack of transparency and communication.
The consultant has now been given 48 hours to provide proper feedback and resolution. Should no feedback be received, we will have no other choice but to escalate this matter to the National Financial Ombud Scheme (NFO) and the National Credit Regulator (NCR).
Unfortunately, this is not the first company we have dealt with during the process of trying to clear our name, but this experience has by far been one of the most frustrating.
