Refusing to provide call recordings

So i requested a call recording from Nomsa at wealthtec and she refused to give me this recording as it will implicate how they falsely advertise their services and mislead clients as they will promise you a discount on whatever load you have only for them to send you the exact amount you owe as a settlement with no discount included this is a **** to obtain a once off fee for services and additional money for negotiations.
