Pathetic service

I lodged a complaint against Wealthtec. They responded thereto by saying "This is not the standard we strive for at Wealthtec. Kindly contact us via ****** or www.wealthtec.co.za" Their contact details are blocked out. How am I supposed to contact them with this information? Usually these comapnies are supposed to contact you - not the other way around. Furthermore, I have sent them an email to their clients' email address to which I have not received a response. I will never ever recommend their services to anyone!
