No transparency about the actual services provided

I would like to say I am completely disappointed in the failure of a consultant to be transparent that this is for only an assessment nothing more I was told there are lawyers in the house that could help negotiate discounts as well as facilitate communication to find way to lower the amounts owed.

My concern is why lie about the ability to assist someone cause honestly anyone can access a credit report which you want R800+- to be paid for being completely shady that lawyer are available knowing very well that it will need extra cash. Please teach your staff about transparency. Why mention lawyers when they come with an extra cost?

I just regret opting for this.
