Misleading Value Proposition - cancel the debicheck NOW!!!!
I do not appreciate how your agent manipulated me into approving a debicheck for R785, then calls me back to tell me there will be further fees for R9000 to remove my debt review flag. Are you agents trained to mislead us because we are desperate? Why would I have access to R9000 while I am on debt review. I am on debt review because I didn't have money to service my debt. Train your agents to do full upfront disclosure so that we can decline upfront. He made it seem like it would only cost R785 so that I can approve the debicheck - I can mos pull my own credit report, now you want to charge me R785 for answering your call and pulling a report and tell me what I already know. I want the debicheck cancelled immediately!!!!! I emailed but you insist on replying when you feel like it. You block your debicheck so that i can't cancel it with my bank. stop this practice.
