Firstly I had a very bad experience with Wealthtec I had to send so many emails for assistance to do a cancelation for me and I haven't received any communication from anyone. My debit order went off I've asked them to get back to me and for almost 4 weeks now I haven't received any response. Until I had to call this morning again and then I was transferred to the one person to the next. Until Valentia Hadebe assisted me I'm happy with her service she assisted me very quickly and possible and she said I will have my refund in the next 5-10 working days. I didn't had a good experience with Wealthtec but I'm glad that Valentia is there to assist me.
