Disappointed

Very disappointed with the service of this company. At first I was being approached by Nokzola, promised me that the company will assist by removing the negative listing on my name. I told her my whole story that I have already paid up all my debt, I just need assistance removing the red flags on my name. I trusted her empty promises. I even told her that I do have all the paid up letters for all my debt.

I paid the consultant once of fee of R785.00 by July 2025. I then paid the R4500 in two installments August and September 2025. Now, I've been doing follow ups the past 4 months and no joy. I've been told my case is being handled by MMathaphelo, however when you need to communicate with her, I'm being told she is on the phone call or out of the office. She will call you back but that never happened. That is the story of my life the past 3 months.

Feedback I just got from Abie is that they are waiting for paid up later, of which I send it to him via email an whatsapp.

The person who is allocated on my case (MMathaphelo) never even bother to communicate with me. I just keep on getting excuses that she is busy. At that time I have paid fully for her services as a client.

I would never recommend someone to this company. Their stuff is very rude.

I've been sending emails on *** but still no help.
